- Active Ingredient: Nimesulide (1% w/w), a COX‑2‑preferring NSAID, offering analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic effects with reduced gastric risk

Mechanism: Inhibits prostaglandin synthesis and scavenges free radicals, reducing inflammation and pain

Indications: Acute muscle and joint pain (e.g. sprains, strains, soft tissue injuries), osteoarthritis, lower back pain, and dysmenorrhea in adults and adolescents aged 12+
