Nimulid Gel 

A topical non‑steroidal anti‑inflammatory gel used to relieve local pain and inflammation due to soft tissue injuries, musculoskeletal strains, sports injuries, and mild arthritis.

Nimulid Strong Spray

A fast-acting topical spray for localized relief from muscle aches, soft tissue and joint inflammation, delivering cooling comfort and pain reduction.

Nimulid Gel 
  • Active Ingredient: Nimesulide (1% w/w), a COX‑2‑preferring NSAID, offering analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic effects with reduced gastric risk
  • Mechanism: Inhibits prostaglandin synthesis and scavenges free radicals, reducing inflammation and pain

  • Indications: Acute muscle and joint pain (e.g. sprains, strains, soft tissue injuries), osteoarthritis, lower back pain, and dysmenorrhea in adults and adolescents aged 12+

  • Dosage & Duration: Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin over affected area 2–3 times daily for up to 7–15 days as directed Side Effects: Local irritation—burning, redness, rash, tingling; generally mild and temporary

  • Contraindications & Warnings: Not for children under 12. Avoid application on injured or infected skin. Use caution in liver, kidney or heart patients. Not recommended in pregnancy or while breastfeeding unless advised by a physician

  • Precautions: Avoid occlusive dressings; protect treated skin from excessive sunlight; 

Nimulid Strong Spray 
  • Active Ingredients: Diclofenac diethylamine (equivalent to diclofenac sodium), menthol, methyl salicylate—formulated for rapid transd
  • Mechanism: Diclofenac inhibits local prostaglandin-mediated inflammation; menthol and methyl salicylate provide cooling, soothing, and enhanced blood flow

  • Indications: Pain and inflammation relief from soft tissue injuries, strains, sprains, acute back and neck pain, arthritis pain, muscle aches, nerve pain, migraine, toothache, menstrual pain, sore throat, etc. Also used for fever reduction in some settings 1mg.

  • Usage Instructions: Shake well before use. Spray from ~5 cm distance onto affected area 3–4 times a day or as directed. Allow 2 seconds between sprays

  • Benefits: Fast onset, cooling sensation, targeted relief, favored by athletes and active users

  • Side Effects: Possible nausea or vomiting, skin reactions (burning, irritation, itching, redness), elevated liver enzymes
